"My daughter has been working with Ivan for the past year and a half and we have seen immense growth in her hitting and most importantly the discipline she has developed. As she has moved up in age and the pitching got better, she was less and less able to rely on talent to keep up her hitting. Ivan has worked with her approach to hitting and it has been paying off, prior to working with him she was unable to explain what was going on during her at bats. Now after games she watches video and analyzes what she did or didn't do correctly. She went from an impatient first ball hitter to one that makes pitchers work as she tries to get her pitch to hit. Her average and contact rate have climbed. Ivan has been awesome and his positive attitude and love of the game is refreshing and rubs off on the girls he trains. Also, a bonus that he keeps an eye on gamechanger and offers tips and guidance on the at-bats he sees. Well worth the lengthy drive from Pennsylvania we take to work with him."
