COACHING EXPERIENCE
Coach Ivan has had the opportunity to coach and mentor players at multiple levels, helping them develop strong fundamentals, improve their skills, and grow their confidence on the field.
DELAWARE ELITE BASEBALL CLUB
Coach Ivan has coached baseball players between the ages of 11 and 17, focusing on developing fundamentals, game awareness, and advanced skills. The consistent goal is to always help players build a strong foundation that prepares them for higher levels of competition.
DELAWARE STARS FASTPITCH
Coach Ivan spent one season coaching with the Delaware Stars softball team, where the team finished with an impressive 45–16–5 record. During that season, he worked closely with players on skill development, teamwork, and competitive preparation.
ASPIRA CHARTER HIGH SCHOOL
ASPIRA Academy Delaware is a dual language charter school, emphasizing bilingualism, biculturalism, and leadership development. Spring 2026 is Coach Ivan's first season with the high school team. He is excited to continue helping student-athletes grow both on and off the field.
